Information you give us:
We collect any information you provide to us when you complete registration forms, or provide us with your details over the phone, for example when you register an account with us, register to attend one of our events (whether as a delegate, exhibitor, speaker or attendee) or subscribe to our mailing list. This information might include your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information and other information relevant to the event or service that you’re registering for.

Information we receive from third parties:
We may collect information about you from third parties that we work closely with for the purposes of delivering to you the services that you request from us. For example, we may engage third parties to assist us with our online event registration systems or payment systems; these third parties will collect information directly from you on our behalf. We may also engage third parties to operate event websites on our behalf; these entities will collect information directly from you about your visits to the website on our behalf. We may also receive information about you from third parties where you have consented to such third party sharing your information with us.
Sensitive personal data:
If collecting or storing sensitive personal data such as information relating to health, beliefs or political affiliation, we typically ask for your explicit consent. However, there are some situations where it will not be possible to request consent, such as if you have an accident at one of our events. If this does occur, we will ensure your privacy rights are protected.
Children’s personal data:
Our products and services are not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from this age group. If any information is collected from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, it will be deleted.

Cookies are small text files which we store on the device you use to access the site. Cookies allow us to monitor your use of the software and simplify your use of the site. We use a variety of technological and operational security measures to protect your information against any unauthorised access to, unlawful use of, and modification and destruction of any personal data we store. We will retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services that you have requested from us, or for as long as the law otherwise permits. Where you have not participated, attended or registered to attend or participate in one of our events, or otherwise engaged with us in four years, we will delete your data, unless we have an obligation to retain it for longer (for example for taxation purposes). Transmission of information over the internet can be insecure, and although we employ measures to protect your information from unauthorised access we cannot always guarantee the security of information sent over the internet.

The Brian Reuben operates in countries with data protection laws that may provide individuals with the right to be able to access and control their information. We will always enable you to exercise the rights provided by the appropriate data protection laws. 10.1 Your Data subject rights under the UK GDPR If you are a resident of the UK, we collect and process Personal Data about you only where we have a legal basis for doing so under applicable data protection law under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal bases will depend on the purpose for which we process your Personal Data as generally described in section 4. You have the right to:

Terms and Conditions of Event Delegate or Event Delegation
Payment of the full delegate/delegation fee is due 14 days after the invoice date, or immediately, if the registration is made within one month of the event. Our full bank account details are on the invoice. · Entrance to or speaking at the event is subject to full payment being received.
Event places are for the named delegate/delegation only and are for representatives of the registering company only unless otherwise agreed with the us. Substitutes can be made at any time leading up to the event, until five days before the event. Places are not transferable on the day of the event, or, on the four days before the event. Substitutes made four days (or less) prior to the event can be refused if security and vetting checks have not been successfully carried out.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 75% administrative charge. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date of the event will receive no refund. If the cancellation is made and the full payment has not yet been received, the delegate will still be held liable for the full payment of the registration fees. In the case of early bird bookings (those delegates registered well in advance of the event) if a cancellation is made on a booking after 90 days of the invoice being issued no refund will be given but a credit note will be issued. Any refunds will be made after the event and within 90 days.
Please note that in case of force majeure we are relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the will of Brian Reuben that impedes permanent or temporary compliance with their obligations, such as ‘acts of god’, war, danger of war, government regulations, revolts, strikes, transportation difficulties, fire or severe disturbances affecting the event organisation or its suppliers.
